Marianne Courey and Maria Jucha

 

Marianne and Maria became real estate agents in 2016. We trained and worked with Nickie until 2023. Between 2016 and 2023 we grew the housing end of the business and phased out of boat wells and dockominiums.  In 2023 Maria became a Broker and we took the reins of the original Anchor Real Estate. Anchor Real Estate became Anchor Real Estate of MI with a new logo and mission.

We both bring years of management, inspection and negotiating experience with us to our new company from our former careers

Nickie Courey

 

Nickie Courey founded Anchor Real Estate in 2003 after working with The Grosse Pointe Real Estate Agency as an agent and office manager. The original Anchor Real Estate primarily worked with local marinas selling boat wells and “dockominiums”

Nickie became a Broker/Agent in 2003 and has had many agents work under her at Anchor Real Estate until 2023. Nickie has over 40 years real estate experience and is now our associate broker. We rely on her vast experience and encyclopedic knowledge of real estate.
